Community Governance
Lancaster Homeowners Association Inc. oversees community rules, regulations, and neighborhood standards to ensure a cohesive living environment. Our governance promotes transparency and community engagement for all residents.
Amenities
Located at the midpoint between Bedwell Bay Road and Allandale Avenue. The Swim Center features a lap pool, a children's pool, restrooms with showers, a large sun deck, and a covered shelter. Come play on our two pickleball courts. A children's play area features a large play structure and swings.
