Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, weather permitting.
The pool may close at any time for weather, repairs, cleaning, discipline issues, emergencies, damage, or at the discretion of pool management.
If lightning or thunder occurs, stay out of the water for 1 hour after the occurrence.
Guests & Supervision
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian 16 years of age or older; proof of age may be requested.
A maximum of four guests per family/homeowner may use the pool at one time.
The resident must be present when guests are using the pool.
Attire & Hygiene
Only swimsuits may be worn in the water.
Children in diapers must wear plastic or rubber pants.
Showers must be taken before entering the water.
Persons with infectious diseases, open sores, bandages, cuts, or recent vaccinations must not enter the pool area.
Conduct & Courtesy
No running, rough play, spitting, dunking, or foul language will be tolerated in or around the facility. Violators will be asked to leave the pool premises.
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests that use the pool and other amenities.
Water Safety
No diving is allowed.
No flotation devices are allowed except approved safety devices attached around the waist or water wings.
The wading pool is for children age 4 and under and only when accompanied by an adult.
Food and Drink
No food or drink is permitted in the immediate pool area or on the deck surrounding the pool.
No glass containers or other breakable objects are allowed in the pool area.

Assumption of Liability
There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool and amenities is at your own risk.
The Lancaster Homeowners Association, its members, officers and agents, do not assume responsibility for accident or injury connected with use of the pool or surrounding amenities, nor responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Pool Access
A pool fob is required for access.
Each household is issued one pool fob. Lost fobs are subject to a $25.00 replacement fee; replacement fobs deactivate the prior fob.
Do not allow users without a fob into the pool area under any circumstances. Violators will have their pool access suspended.
If you require a pool fob, please contact the community manager for your homeowners association.
New and replacement fobs are only issued to homeowners of properties within the five participating homeowner associations. Rental tenants need to request a pool fob from their landlord/homeowner.
